I'd actually thought about writing a "redemption" post to follow this one... some days, the product does seem to help, but other days, it just doesn't. Might have to do with skintone? My circles are more on the brown/grey side, rather than blue or purple, which might be another factor.

I guess I've had good enough results w/ Maybelline's Age Rewind that I haven't bothered much with the Smashbox one anymore, even though the Smashbox feels nicer.

Yes, I definitely agree that it's at least worth a try at the counter, and it's good to know one can get it on Ebay so much cheaper! The Glitteratihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18436820673907241960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22919282.post-64614706997878571182009-01-08T14:21:00.000-05:002009-01-08T14:21:00.000-05:00YMMV? Definitely not, but it worked great as a brightener. I could see a huge difference between the two eyes when I just put it under one--purple circles were still mostly there, but the area looked less sunken in, more lively. Coupled with a concealer, it was the best my under eye area has looked since childhood. The glittery factor wasn't too bad either.

Possibly any highlighter could do this--I've never used one under my eyes--but since this one worked just fine, I decided to give it a whirl. I just received a tube off eBay ($9 with shipping) and tried it again to the same results.

So to anyone reading this in the future I'd say it's definitely worth a try--at the counter or in the store first though.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22919282.post-45181672140445208802008-12-05T19:28:00.000-05:002008-12-05T19:28:00.000-05:00Gosh, I wish I'd found this before, I just bought ...Gosh, I wish I'd found this before, I just bought this and tried it on & everything you girls said is true.
